Documents, Policies, and Templates: Your Official HPW Resource Hub 

We are making a major upgrade to how you access important Houston Public Works resources. 

To streamline document management, enhance security, and help ensure you always have the latest versions, we are moving departmental forms, policies, and templates from the website to one central location: the HPW Document Library on SharePoint.

The SharePoint library is organized into folders containing the resources that were previously available on the website. For forms and templates, you must download a copy to your local drive to edit and fill out the document for your use.

City-Wide Resources and Forms 

Some critical resources you use are created and maintained by other City of Houston departments (outside of HPW). 

To help ensure HPW staff are always using the most current documents provided by the owning department, we have provided direct links to the source document where possible. For forms and resources not publicly shared online by the source department, a copy is maintained in the HPW Document Library.
