Water Aid to Elderly Residents (W.A.T.E.R) Fund
The W.A.T.E.R Fund helps seniors (60+), disabled or low- income customers pay their water and wastewater bills. Applicants can receive up to $100 every 6 months towards their bills.
100% of contributions go toward assisting those in need.

Employee Assistance Fund (Houston Health Foundation)
The Employee Assistance Fund aids employees who have exhausted Emergency Paid Sick Leave and their own personal leaves.
