Choyce Morrow with the Floodplain Management Office received FEMA’s 2021 CRS Award for Excellence. The award was delayed during the pandemic. The national award recognizes an individual who provides leadership in raising awareness about the dangers of flooding, implements floodplain management programs that reduce flood damage, and promotes the purchase of flood insurance through the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
