Employee Engagement

Houston Public Works employee engagement team is under the Office of the Chief Operating Officer and serves all service lines and employees.

The goal of the team is to ensure employees have the skills and tools needed to work safely, perform at their best, feel respected, involved, heard, connected, well led and valued by peers and supervisors.
